Last year all 5 of the nominees had their movies come out in or after October. In 2006, only Abigail Breslin had her movie come out before October, and she was in a BP. Rachel Wiesz did have a winning performance that came out in August, tho. And Cruz is a very close 6th. Cate Blanchett won for supporting and she's still a lead actress.<BR/>2. Penelope Cruz, Vicky Cristina Barcelona: Her reviews are outstading and Woody has good luck in this category.<BR/>3.
